IMPORTANT NOTICE: Maintenance work on the bank's IT systems during next week-end

Dear customers,

Next weekend, between Saturday, February 5, 1:00 am – Sunday, February 6, 24:00 pm, we will carry out scheduled maintenance work on the bank's IT systems.

As a result, during this period:

  • Both the cards and the Internet & Mobile Banking applications remain functional, but the update between the two systems (cards and online banking) of the account balances will work intermittently therefore they may not reflect the real amounts. At the end of the maintenance period all balances will be updated accordingly.
  • Instant transactions, both payments and incomings, as well as direct incomings through cards will be temporarily unavailable.
  • You will be able to order transactions via Internet and Mobile Banking, but these will be processed at the end of the maintenance period.
