Vista Bank won two performance awards for Internet Banking at the Online Banking 2022 Gala::
- The highest increase in the total number of internet banking active clients, as well as in the total number of individual active clients for the year 2021
- The highest increase in the internet banking total value of transactions, as well as in the value of individual clients transactions and the value of legal entities transactions for the year 2021
At the awards ceremony, Mr. Ovidiu Crăciunaș, CRO of Vista Bank, stated : “The increases recorded in both internet banking active customers and value of transactions proves the importance that digitization occupies in Vista Bank strategy. We have encouraged our customers to adopt remote banking channels by developing user-friendly and secure applications, offering significantly lower transaction costs than at the counter, as well as by actively promoting these services as a convenient alternative to manage their accounts at any time, from anywhere. Last but not least, the results also reflect the organic growth of the bank in recent years. We are convinced that the merger with Credit Agricole Romania, which will take place in the second half of this year, will help us keep this growth trend. The Online Banking Gala, organized by the Finmedia trust and the Financial Market magazine, has reached its 14th edition this year and is an annual event that analyzes and rewards the performance of banks in the field of internet and mobile banking services.
