Vista Bank completes the merger with Crédit Agricole Romania

Vista Bank has successfully completed the merger with Crédit Agricole Romania, after carrying out an ambitious integration plan. Teams from both banks worked with dedication and enthusiasm to ensure technical, operational, and business alignment, implementing a detailed and reliable migration process.

Vista Bank, after the merger, will have €1.6 billion assets, €900 million loans, and €1.4 billion deposits. All the bank's clients will benefit from a stronger team, a more extensive network and a diversified range of products and services.
